Have you ever wanted to do healing work on yourself and others?
Reiki Level 1 is the foundation to be able to do Reiki on yourself and others. This exquisite 1 day training will be one of the best gifts that you can give to yourself or others as we approach the holiday season for stress reduction, wellness and healing. This class includes receiving your attunement, a class manual, a brief history of Reiki, and learning how to do chakra balancing, head flow and stomach flow positions, a mini Reiki session on others, byosen scanning, ethical considerations, and more! Once you receive this training, you will be able to attend the Reiki Share at Banner UMC Tucson if desired.
For those individuals who are focusing on weight loss efforts in their lives, this training which includes a Mindfulness perspective will give you additional tools to support your success. Marsha has had 3 1/2 years of experience facilitating cognitive support groups for weight loss.
Do you feel the call to move forward in your Reiki practice? Perhaps you feel ready to start your own Reiki business or want to do Reiki in a community setting (once we can safely do this) or organization that requires this higher level of training. In this wondrous full day training, you will be attuned to the Reiki Master symbol, learn energy exercises necessary to do future attunements on clients, learn how to do the Advanced Healing attunement and more. You will be delighted by this new level of practice and to be a part of the Reiki Master community. You will also be eligible in the future to take your RMT and/or Karuna trainings if desired. Due to the Covid Pandemic this training will be offered on Zoom and attunements done remotely. People more than ever need Reiki in their lives to support their healing, stress reduction and well being.

Many Reiki students have been growing in their practices during the Pandemic; you may have been doing more Distant Reiki sessions to support family, friends, animals and the community. You may or may not plan to start a future Reiki business nor to teach…but you have heard this calling and feel ready to take Advanced Reiki training. You must be fully vaccinated (and hopefully have received your booster) to take this training in person. Class size will be limited. You will be expected to wear a mask while working on a fellow classmate.
