Reiki Level 1 is the foundation to be able to do Reiki on yourself and others. Since your RMT facilitates a weekly Mindfulness and Meditation group at the Medical Center, there will be a special focus on Mindfulness. Once you receive this training, you will be able to attend the Reiki Share at Banner UMC Tucson if desired.

This exquisite and enjoyable 1 day class from 9:15A.M.-5:15P.M. is available to dedicated Reiki students whom have been working with the Usui symbols since receiving Level 2 training. In this class you will be attuned to the Master symbol, learn how to use it, practice energy exercises and Mindfulness to expand your abilities, learn to give the Advanced Healing Attunement, practice giving a full Reiki session on others, and more! This level of Reiki training is also a prerequisite for future Karuna training, as well as to participate in some community Reiki volunteer opportunities.

I have been privileged to work with many Vets while I was a Clinical Social Worker in Radiation Oncology. Vets will receive a 20% discount for this class on Veterans Day . The class however
is also open to non Vets.

Many Reiki students have been growing in their practices during the Pandemic; you may have been doing more Distant Reiki sessions to support family, friends, animals and the community. Perhaps you have been hearing the call to move forward on your Reiki path to become a Personal Reiki Master. You must be fully vaccinated (and hopefully have received your booster) to take this training in person. Class size will be limited. You will be expected to wear a mask while working on a fellow classmate.
