Learn about ways to enhance your wellbeing through preparing meals to promote your health, participating in movement sessions and learning strategies for short-term and long-term vitality. Dave Fitzsimmons will be the noontime keynote speaker. Marsha Drozdoff will be facilitating a workshop on Mindfulness and Meditation. She and other Reiki practitioners will be available during the day to provide brief Reiki sessions for stress reduction, relaxation and wellness.
