This Reiki 1 and Mindfulness training will have a special focus on couples; individuals can attend without their s/o. This exquisite 1 day training will include receiving one’s attunement, a manual, and learning sensitivity exercises, hand positions for the head and stomach flow, how to do a Reiki session on each other if desired, byosen scanning, ethics and more. Having Reiki in one’s relationship can support enhancing intimacy and communication.
In 2012 I ran up the Rocky steps in Philadelphia; it became one of my symbolic signs and remembrances of overcoming obstacles, never giving up and achieving great success and joy! I have been privileged to work with many wonderful students who have overcome many personal challenges with their Reiki practice and have the realization that by becoming Reiki Master teachers they can help others to heal, transform and grow bringing more peace and balance to our communities and even the world.
