Reiki Level 1 is the foundation to be able to do Reiki on yourself and others. This exquisite 1 day training will be one of the best gifts that you can give to yourself or others in 2015. This class includes receiving your attunement, a class manual, a brief history of Reiki, and learning how to do chakra balancing, head flow and stomach flow positions, a mini Reiki session on others, byosen scanning, ethical considerations, and more! Once you receive this training, you will be able to attend the Reiki Share at Banner UMC Tucson/Az Cancer Center-University Campus if desired. This Reiki training also includes a focus on Mindfulness as well as how Reiki can support those who work in healthcare.

This exquisite and enjoyable 1 day class from 9:15A.M.-5:15P.M. is available to dedicated Reiki students whom have been working with the Usui symbols since receiving Level 2 training. In this class you will be attuned to the Master symbol, learn how to use it, practice energy exercises and Mindfulness to expand your abilities, learn to give the Advanced Healing Attunement, practice giving a full Reiki session on others, and more! This level of Reiki training is also a prerequisite for future Karuna training, as well as to participate in some community Reiki volunteer opportunities.
