This monthly Reiki Share was the 3rd Wednesday/month from 10:30-noon in room 2919 at the UA Cancer Center-University Campus, 1515 N Campbell (next to Banner UMC).
This Reiki Share will no longer be meeting at Banner UMCT after December 20, 2017; there is a new monthly Reiki Share starting on January 17th, 2018 at the Northwest YMCA . The new Reiki Share will meet the 3rd Wednesday/month from 10:30-noon. No Reiki experience needed.

Feel free to join us whether one is Reiki trained or not. Receive a Reiki session, learn additional approaches to decrease stress, and if Reiki trained, practice giving Reiki sessions to others.

Have you ever wanted to learn to do healing work on yourself and others?
After a long summer, this can be the perfect time in your life to pursue those goals; 
we may feel fatigued by the heat and ready to have our lives refreshed. This exquisite 1 day training can support you with stress reduction, relaxation, wellness, enhanced awareness and for many, transformation. In this class you will receive one attunement which will give you the ability to work on yourself and others. You will learn: sensitivity exercises, how to use the Reiki ideals, chakra balancing, hand positions for the head and stomach flow, how to do a mini Reiki session on others, byosen scanning, ethical considerations and more. Information will be shared within a Mindfulness focus. This is a wonderful gift to give to yourself or someone you care about including your special pet at home. Many couples also enjoy taking this training together to enhance communication and intimacy.

Please join Julie Evans at our next Tucson Energy Circle on Friday 9/28th at Unity Church; I will be out at a Reiki retreat that weekend. She has arranged for Ron Kalinsky to play his Gongs & Tibetan bowls during Meditation and some of the Energy sessions that evening. If you have received Reiki training, I hope that you will be inspired to participate as a ‘giver’; it is the best way to build your confidence and learn in a very organic way.
