This class session on 6/29 from 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. is for students who participated in the first part of this training on 6/21 from 6:00p.m.-8:45 p.m. Students will receive 3 additional attunements and learn how to send Distant Reiki using 4 methods. See class description under ‘trainings’.
This Reiki 1 and Mindfulness training will have a special focus on couples; individuals can attend without their s/o. This exquisite 1 day training will include receiving one’s attunement, a manual, and learning sensitivity exercises, hand positions for the head and stomach flow, how to do a Reiki session on each other if desired, byosen scanning, ethics and more. Having Reiki in one’s relationship can support enhancing intimacy and communication.
