This Reiki 1 and Mindfulness training will have a special focus on couples; individuals can attend without their s/o.  This exquisite 1 day training will include receiving one’s attunement, a manual, and learning sensitivity exercises, hand positions for the head and stomach flow, how to do a Reiki session on each other if desired, byosen scanning, ethics and more.  Having Reiki in one’s relationship can support enhancing intimacy and communication.

Feel free to bring a dessert/snack/drinks…drum or swimsuit if you wish- *** Let’s celebrate our beloved Phyllis and share Reiki/stories/friendship and joy!  Must contact Marsha to RSVP.
