Reiki and Mindfulness during the Holiday Season and New Year @ Desert Reiki Connection
Dec 12 @ 9:15 am – 5:15 pm

Have you ever wanted to do healing work on yourself and others?

Reiki Level 1 is the foundation to be able to do Reiki on yourself and others. This exquisite 1 day training will be one of the best gifts that you can give to yourself or others during the 2015  holiday season for stress reduction, wellness and healing. This class includes receiving your attunement, a class manual, a brief history of Reiki, and learning how to do chakra balancing, head flow and stomach flow positions, a mini Reiki session on others, byosen scanning, ethical considerations, and more! Since your RMT facilitates a weekly Mindfulness and Meditation group at the Medical Center, there will be a special focus on Mindfulness. Once you receive this training, you will be able to attend the Reiki Share at Banner UMC Tucson if desired.Grady receiving Reikik
