This monthly Reiki Share was the 3rd Wednesday/month from 10:30-noon in room 2919 at the UA Cancer Center-University Campus, 1515 N Campbell (next to Banner UMC).
This Reiki Share will no longer be meeting at Banner UMCT after December 20, 2017; there is a new monthly Reiki Share starting on January 17th, 2018 at the Northwest YMCA . The new Reiki Share will meet the 3rd Wednesday/month from 10:30-noon. No Reiki experience needed.
Treat yourself, a loved one or friend to an hour Reiki session this month; the usual cost is $85 per hour so this is a terrific gift for yourself or others. One holiday priced session only per person.

Reiki Level 1 is the foundation to be able to do Reiki on yourself and others. This exquisite 1 day training will be one of the best gifts that you can give to yourself or others to start out the New Year for stress reduction, wellness and healing. This class includes receiving your attunement, a class manual, a brief history of Reiki, and learning how to do chakra balancing, head flow and stomach flow positions, a mini Reiki session on others, byosen scanning, ethical considerations, and more! Since your RMT facilitates a weekly Mindfulness and Meditation group at the Medical Center, there will be a special focus on Mindfulness. Once you receive this training, you will be able to attend the Reiki Share at Banner- UMC Tucson if desired.

Survivors, friends, family, caregivers and the Tucson community are all invited to discover a wide variety of resources, therapies and activities that promote healthy living and long-term wellbeing.
