With the start of the New Year, this is a wonderful opportunity in 2020 to participate in Reiki 2 training.This 1 1/2 day training is for the Reiki student who has been building a strong foundation with Reiki Level 1. In Level 2, you will be attuned to the three Usui symbols and learn how to use them for distant healing, multiple sessions, sending Reiki to a personal goal or affirmation, and enhancing your daily Clearing Prayer. With level 2 and the use of the Power symbol, you may experience that the energy seems more focused and to flow 10-15x stronger. You will be receiving 1 attunement during this Thursday January 09th evening class and 3 attunements during the all day Saturday January 11th class. During 
this Thursday session, one will also have the opportunity to address any questions related to one’s earlier Level 1 training. One is expected to take both parts of this Reiki Level 2 training; the fee is for both parts.
Reiki Level 1 Training (with Mindfulness focus)

This exquisite 1 day training can support you with stress reduction, relaxation, wellness, enhanced awareness and for many, transformation. In this class you will receive one attunement which will give you the ability to work on yourself and others. You will learn: sensitivity exercises, how to use the Reiki ideals, chakra balancing, hand positions for the head and stomach flow, how to do a mini Reiki session on others, byosen scanning, ethical considerations and more. Information will be shared within a Mindfulness focus. *This is a wonderful holiday 
gift to give to yourself or someone you care about. Many family members and friends enjoy taking this training together to take their relationship to a whole new level!
Marsha will also be sharing many of her experiences working with animals as a volunteer at PACC. Mindfulness & Meditation Group: Change of Day for October and November
Although this monthly group generally meets the 2nd Tuesday/month from 10:30-noon, there is a change for October (10/10/19) and November (11/21/19). Feel free to contact me with any questions. No experience is necessary and open to the community.
Reiki Level 2 Training: Part 2 (One must have already taken Part 1)
This full day Sunday training on October 20th from 9:15a.m.-5:30p.m. will complete one’s Reiki Level 2 training and include 3 additional attunements. One will now have knowledge of and the ability to use the ’emotional/mental’ symbol as well as the ‘distant’ symbol. One will learn how to do distant sessions in 4 different ways. The student will also receive a manual and class certificate at the completion of the class.
The first part of this training is on the evening of Wednesday October 16th
. By signing up for this training, one is expected to attend both parts of the training.
Reiki Level 2 Training: Part 1 (for the student ready to take the next step)

Reiki Master Teacher/Mentoring Class and Training
In 2012 I ran up the Rocky steps in Philadelphia; it became one of my symbolic signs and remembrances of overcoming obstacles, never giving up and achieving great success and joy! I have been privileged to work with many wonderful students who have overcome many personal challenges with their Reiki practice and have the realization that by becoming Reiki Master teachers they can help others to heal, transform and grow bringing more peace and balance to our communities and even the world. If this feels like your potential next step on this journey, contact me to determine your readiness to take this 2 1/2 month training. There will be 20 hrs of instruction as well as the expectation that one will be working with each other and on assignments outside of these sessions. Mindfulness & Meditation Group
Even if one can’t get away to Meditate in beautiful Sedona, one can learn to Meditate and live more Mindfully wherever one happens to be living. Join us for this free group, which has been meeting the 2nd Tuesday/month.
We are still meeting on zoom for the time being. Participants to our Mindfulness & Meditation group include those whom have never Meditated before to those with regular Meditation practices who find enhanced benefit Meditating in a group setting. This group is open to the community.
I am very grateful to the Golder Ranch Fire District for providing space for us and welcoming our precious group prior to the Pandemic. We hope that all of our First Responders remain healthy and safe during this Pandemic; we appreciate them from the bottom of our hearts

Advanced Reiki: Personal Reiki Master training
Do you feel the call to move forward in your Reiki practice? Perhaps you feel ready to start your own Reiki business or want to do Reiki in a community setting/organization that requires this higher level of training. In this wondrous full day training, you will be attuned to the Reiki Master symbol, learn energy exercises necessary to do future attunements on clients, learn how to do the Advanced Healing attunement and more. You will be delighted by this new level of practice and to be a part of the Reiki Master community. You will also be eligible in the future to take your RMT and/or Karuna trainings if desired.
