Reiki Level 1 is the foundation to be able to do Reiki on yourself and others.  This exquisite 1 day training will be one of the best gifts that you can give to yourself or others in 2015 for stress reduction, wellness and healing.  This class includes receiving your attunement, a class manual, a brief history of Reiki, and learning how to do chakra balancing, head flow and stomach flow positions, a mini Reiki session on others, byosen scanning, ethical considerations, and more!  Once you receive this training, you will be able to attend the Reiki Share at Banner UMC Tucson if desired. This Reiki training also includes a focus on Mindfulness. In honor of Father’s Day on 6/21, Father’s are eligible for a 10% discount for this class.
