Those who use Reiki on a regular basis often find they are more joyful, insightful, and that their own energy supply is enhanced…almost as if their batteries had been fully charged! One frequently experiences a greater vitality which may translate into increased creativity, growth and transformation.
If one chooses to take a Reiki Class, he or she will receive the appropiate Attunement (initiation to the Reiki Ray) so that one can give Reiki to oneself whenever desired or needed. One will also be able to share this compassionate and healing energy with others. An Attunement by a Reiki Master teacher is ESSENTIAL to be able to do Reiki on oneself or on others.
