Reiki Level 1 Training

This 1 day Reiki training includes additional focus on Mindfulness.  This class is for the individual ready to start (or refresh) the journey of additional healing and transformation in his/her life.  One will receive the Level 1 attunement which gives one energetically the ability to do Reiki on oneself and others.  Class will include sensitivity exercises, use of the Reiki ideals, history of Reiki, positions for head and stomach flow, chakra balancing, how to do a mini session on others, byosen scanning, ethical considerations and more.  Classes meet on the NW side of town in a comfortable home environment. Marsha brings to this training her extensive experience in healthcare and group facilitation.
